Maastricht University is again hosting the Septfontaines Summer School of EU Law - Inside the Fabric of EU Law, which will take place from 22 to 29 July 2017 in the beautiful Abbaye de Septfontaines in the Champagne, France. This summer school is aimed at advanced students, PhD researchers, junior researchers in general and young practitioners with a background and strong interest in EU law. The multinational and pluri-disciplinary faculty of the Septfontaines Summer School of EU Law will offer participants deep insights into the different facets of the work of the CJEU. A principal focus will be on 'Crisis and the CJEU', covering the role of the Court during the Eurozone crisis, the recent migration crisis and the ongoing Brexit.  Next to the rich academic opportunities, the Septfontaines Summer School offers participants both a cultural programme and a host of other activities.
