There is also a university partnership with Waseda University in Tokyo.

Every year a scholarship place is made available for the whole year, which is allocated on a priority basis to students from law, philosophy and economics faculties on an alternating basis. For 2016 and then again 2019 the Faculty of Law had preference.

The stay abroad is contingent on having very good Japanese language skills (JLPT N1).

Please note: The preconditions do not apply which would permit the crediting of the stay at Waseda University to the special-status resittable exam (“Freischuss”).
