Language requirements:

Spanish: B1

English: B1 (for English-language classes)

When you are at the University, you can take advantage of Spanish courses offered by the  Advanced Centre of Modern Languages (some for a fee of approx. EUR 50).

Accommodation:

You have the option of staying in a hall of residence. In recent years, German students have mostly lived in private shared flats. According to previous Erasmus students, looking for a flat in the local area is a simple process.

Examinations:

Examinations are held immediately after the period of lectures.

Specific features:

Students should arrive in Jaén a few days before the beginning of the semester. You need to bring two passport photos and proof of health insurance with you. Once you have arrived you, need to go to see the International Office as well as the academic Erasmus coordinator of the Faculty of Law.
