At the end of the year, there will be a highlight in the antitrust events calendar: The conference "Competition and Regulation in Disrupted Times", organised by economic consultancy Charles River Associates (CRA) will bring together numerous well-known competition lawyers from all over the world on 16 December 2021. Among others, the Vice-President of the European Commission, Margrethe Vestager, Commissioner Thierry Bréton, President of the German Federal Cartel Office Andreas Mundt and the head of the Federal Trade Commission in the USA, Lina Khan, have agreed to participate. In a "Fireside Chat", Prof. Dr. Rupprecht Podszun will speak with Marc van der Woude, President of the European Court. Their topic: "Are the EU Courts helping move the dial?" The host of the CRA Brussels Conference is Cristina Caffarra. The conference shall take place live in Brussels but will also be streamed, registration for the stream is free.
